The Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (IHMCT) Kovalam is a premier institute for hospitality education located on the picturesque beach of Kovalam in Kerala, India. The institute was established by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, in 1990 and has since become a leading centre for hospitality education in India.
